Brownfield Sites with Executed BSRAs. BSRAs are Brownfield Site Rehabilitation Agreements.
A list of all the sites within a designated Brownfield Area where an agreement has been executed between DEP and a responsible party, where the agreement provides the DEP and the public assurance that site rehabilitation will be conducted in accordance with the statute and the Brownfields Cleanup Criteria rule, and provides liability protection for the responsible person. The agreement contains various commitments by the responsible person, including milestones for completion of site rehabilitation tasks and submittal of technical reports and plans as agreed to by the responsible person and the DEP. It also contains a commitment by the DEP to review technical reports according to an agreed upon schedule.
